Paul Cerame Kia of 11655 New Halls Ferry in Florissant, MO, has a great announcement for those who love driving green. The Korean auto maker has announced they will focus all their eco-friendly car production on electric vehicles (EV) and leave the hybrid options for parent company Hyundai.

This is a bit of a departure after the team driving Kia Optima Hybrid completed a historic cross country trip, and set the Guinness World Record for "Lowest fuel consumption driving through all 48 contiguous U.S. states in a gasoline hybrid car."

"Hyundai intends to focus on hydrogen fuel-cell vehicles and…

Kia Optima Hybrid Performance

The all new Kia Optima Hybrid has a sporty new look: with a mean, angled front grille and a rising rear compartment with large trunk and taillights.

Optima contains the basic powerplant for a car of its size and class: a fuel efficient 2.4 liter four-cylinder engine, connected to a six speed automatic.

But what makes this car hybrid ready to go? The 40 horsepower electric motor couples to this already powerful 166-horsepowered and 155 lb-ft of torque engine, giving you a better boost in power and greater mileage (which, obviously, the entire point of driving a hybrid). Kia…

New Kia Concept Debut

Attention Kia fans! Kia is planning to unveil an all new concept car at this September's Frankfurt Motor Show, in Germany.

To build a little excitement around the event, Kia went ahead and released some photographs online to tease interest. We have to say, it worked. Our interest is definitely piqued.

To sum up just how drop-dead gorgeous the new Kia concept is, let us just say, the editors at Top Gear admit to thinking it was a Maserati. And, others mistook it for an Audi.

The new concept isn't just proof that Kia can do "sexy". It…

The milestone 300,000th vehicle to roll off Kia's vehicle assembly line at the Manufacturing Plant in West Point, Georgia, was a silver Kia Sorento SX. New customers can take advantage of this growth in production at Paul Cerame Kia, at 11655 New Halls Ferry, in Florissant, MO.

The only Kia North American plant opened in late 2009 to build the Sorento SUV, and quickly helped the struggling town become born again. Hundreds of jobs were created and industry came back to the region.

Kia Ups Georgia Plant Production

U.S. drivers have been taken by the award-winning Kia brand. We're not just saying that either. You can look at the numbers...demand keeps climbing to higher and higher plateaus and the plant in West Point, Georgia, is just about maxed out, in terms of production capacity. To ensure, the company does not fall behind consumer demand, Kia is planning an expansion.

Specifically, the Korean automaker is planning to grow four of the plant's primary shops, including: stamping, welding, painting, and general assembly. This will add approximately 1,000 jobs to the facility and raise annual production…

Updates to the 2012 Kia Soul

Kia introduced its new 2012 Kia Soul at the 2011 New York Auto Show. The audience went wild.

On the exterior, the 2012 Kia Soul has been redefined by late-breaking projection-beam headlights accented with LED running lights and two new earthy-chic paint colors: Canyon and Moss. Inside, the range-topping Soul offers drivers a new hands-free connectivity system, UVO (co-developed with Microsoft), or an optional navigation system. This is the first time such features have been made available in the Soul!

we think you'll agree, however, that the most appealing update to the Kia Soul lies under the hood. Yes…
